🚨 ACTION NEEDED NOW 🚨

What happened to Jared Bossly when an out-of-state, foreign-backed Green New Deal carbon pipeline company came onto his land, invaded his personal home and shop, trampled on trees, and bore a 90-foot hole in the soil of his field against his will SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

SB88 stops invasive surveying once and for all, and aligns with a unanimous Supreme Court Decision to determining this was against the constitution.

Yet current statute remains misaligned with that ruling.

SB 88, sponsored by Senator Mark Lapka and Representative Karla Lems, would clarify the procedure for a potential condemner to examine private property when permission has not been granted – ensuring that unconstitutional invasive surveying cannot be forced upon landowners.

This is not about politics.

It is about protecting homes, farms, ranches, and private property rights.

👉🏽No landowner should fear armed security on their land.
👉🏽No family should have unwanted industrial intrusion.
👉🏽No South Dakotan should have to fight this battle again.

We urge the Legislature to pass SB 88 and ensure Justice for Jared – and lasting protection for every landowner in our state.
