URGENT! It’s time to push back against federal overreach!

Congressman Dusty Johnson’s HR-4135 fast tracks permitting for data centers and carbon pipelines. While it’s being promoted as a way to simply monitor a dashboard for Clean Water projects, the implications are far worse.

HR-4135 will:

– Fast-track permitting with a rubber-stamped system for speed of the companies not for the good of communities
– Leave your voices out as decisions are made at a federal level in Washington, DC instead of right at home in your neighborhoods
– Trample on property rights and skew the system in favor of major private corporations wanting data centers and carbon pipelines on your land.

In short, HR4135 is a slap in the face to every day South Dakotans who care about property rights and local control.

Contact Congressman Johnson today and tell him to pull HR4135! This is not the South Dakota way!
